Reverse Funnel System Updates Back Office

There have been several improvements to the Reverse Funnel System back office. In this post of the Reverse Funnel System Review I'm only going to cover the updates in the sections already covered.

Bounced Leads
In the Reverse Funnel System Leads menu, the new feature is Bounced Leads.

Leads contained in this section were leads that the mail servers have attempted to deliver but were "bounced" back. You have the option to re-queue these emails and attempt them again; you can do this three times before they are automatically removed. You also have the option to directly remove them.

Additionally, on the same page, there's a section for "Complaints." Leads listed here cannot be re-queued as the person has requested to be removed from the Reverse Funnel System.

Weekly Analysis
In the Reverse Funnel System Stats section, Campaign Statistics have been updated so you can now view the effectiveness of your advertising on a weekly basis.

You can also view it by the past 24 hours, all time, this month, and the past month.

In the next post of the Reverse Funnel System Review, we'll be back with more about the Reverse Funnel System back office!

Reverse Funnel System Internet Scam Is A Matter Of Perception

There are two definite differences of opinions about the veracity of claims made by Global Resorts Network. There are those that work at selling their travel packages and those who have used them, and the flip side by those who were not happy with their dealings with the company. While this is common with many businesses, the age of the internet can either send out misleading, false information in a heartbeat or it can help spread the word, albeit misleading, in the same heartbeat.

While both sides of the issue have salient points with the truth located somewhere in the middle whenever a company is accused of being fraudulent or a scam, it harms their business, often with devastating results. Fortunately, with over 20 years of history in the travel industry Global Resorts Network has opened the sale of vacation packages to network marketing and are helping many individuals take the vacation of their dreams while setting them up in their own home based business.

The unfortunate part of accusations of scams, especially those posted online, is that often times many of the facts are misunderstood or left out either by accident or on purpose. For example, with another vacation package company, a former sales associated offered packages for sale on an online auction site. This person sold a high-price package at a vastly discounted price. When the person went to use the package they learned it was not valid as the person they bought it from could not register their certificates with the company since they did not work for them anymore.

When the buyer contacted the company, they had no record of the sale and when they attempted to reach the seller they found they were longer listed with the auction company and information they had supplied was fraudulent. Despite the fact the buyer had made the purchase through an auction and no money was ever paid to the travel company, they went to scam sites and reported the activity as though it was done by the company.

Another way that companies end up on a scam report is if the seller exaggerates the benefits of their travel package or the buyer does not fully understand what they are supposed to be getting with their package level. In some cases when a seller is desperate to make a sale they will say whatever the buyer wants to hear in order to secure their purchase. This misrepresentation or misunderstanding will usually result in a charge of a company selling fraudulent vacation packages.

When companies open the door to internet marketing, there is also a chance they will open the door to charges of fraud. With many individuals authorized to sell vacation packages, and many independent network marketers offering them for sale, the company can provide all the information and training available to make sure the offer to sell packages is completely explained. However, in order for some sales associates to convince someone to sign up under them, they make outrageous “guarantees” about the expected level of income.

Reverse Funnel System - Resort Vacations Available Around The World

Let's get away from the technical aspect of the Reverse Funnel System for a second.

For about 20 years, Global Resorts Network sold vacation packages for between $8,000 and $12,000 without any opportunity make any money. This meant that people were buying into the resort vacation club to take vacations, expecting nothing in return but a great vacation.

Not that long ago, Global Resorts Network formed a marketing arm to offer a business opportunity to those who want to experience a new lifestyle.

They also dropped the price of their vacation packages, making them more affordable to a wider range of people and to make them easier to sell in a global market. Their members are not limited by geography and the member hotels and resorts have far fewer black out dates than many other plans. That means there's more flexibility in planning a vacation around your schedule, instead of planning it around available accommodations.

Additionally, people who want to earn a residual income can join a team that can make as much as $1,500 on every qualified sale of a product that has been sold for considerably more money. Additionally, they can earn money with commissions from other successful sellers of vacation memberships that they recruit into the company.

Timeshares and other "discount" travel companies often require annual or monthly maintenance fees, but with membership at Global Resorts Network there is only the initial charge, and no other fees to pay to the company… ever. Compared to some vacation clubs that charge an annual fee of more than $900, this is a significant savings.

Discounts available are not limited to resort hotels, as they can be used on cruise and at ski reports. Some of the savings include seven-night stays at four and five-star resorts -- for between $300 and $700, depending on the time of year. There are also special weeks where the hotels offer even bigger discounts to Global Resorts Network members.

The biggest advantage is having access to a global market of resorts, and for those choosing to participate in the selling aspect, the pay plan allows you to receive commissions on your sales -- as well as commissions on the sales of those you recruit, in perpetuity. This not only provides a steady and improved level of income, but it also provides future income for better financial security.

While the pay plan is centered on driving new business by recruiting new sales associates, the primary goal is to sell vacation packages through the company's web site as well as through personal contact. Many participants believe it is the best way for potential customers to learn about all the benefits of the packages as well as being able to get instant answers to any questions they may have.

The Reverse Funnel System makes it dramatically easier to sell without that personal contact. By taking away the one limiting and variable factor (you), the Reverse Funnel System has made it incredibly easy for anyone to make a fantastic full-time income with Global Resorts Network.

Reverse Funnel System Review: Mail Auto Responders

This post in the Reverse Funnel System review continues the tour of the back office by moving onto the Mail icon.

After you click on the Auto Responders link, you see the following screen:

This is where you can view and manage the e-mails that are sent out on your behalf. These messages effectively automate your business and allow you to spend your time on things that can't be delegated (like your family).

There are four series of e-mails.

The first is for those who opt-in to your Reverse Funnel System site:

You have the ability to customize the e-mails, and they are sent out in both HTML and text (for those with older e-mail clients).

The second series of e-mails are sent to those who have paid the $50 fee to take the RFS business application:

The third series of e-mails are sent to those who have taken the survey:

The last series of e-mails are sent to those who have accessed the information on income stream #1, Global Resorts Network:

All of these e-mails were professionally designed by expensive copywriters to produce high conversion rates - and they do.

The Reverse Funnel System continues to convert like gangbusters, so if you'd like to get your slice of the pie, call or e-mail me to see how to join our team.

Reverse Funnel System Review: Campaign Tracking

To continue with our tour of the Reverse Funnel System back office, we're now going to go over the Stats icon.

This is where you really get to see the fantastic campaign tracking built into the Reverse Funnel System. You would have to an extra $20 per month for something this comprehensive from a third-party service like Adminder (and have the technical skills required to integrate it with your shopping cart and autoresponders).

First, let's look at Campaign Statistics.

The first section shows your Co-Op Stats. The Reverse Funnel System has several advertising campaigns going, and all you have to do is contribute your part to get some of the traffic and leads flowing into your funnel.

The second section shows you leads from BestLeads. Again, this is another automated solution offered through the Reverse Funnel System where all you have to do is (1) decide how many people you want to put into your funnel, (2) call them and let them know, and (3) sit back and watch the magic happen.

The third section shows you leads that enter your Direct Link (no tracking url).

And the last section under Campaign Statistics is your Campaigns. These are campaigns that you've set up. You name the campaign, how much it cost you, and the Reverse Funnel System spits out a unique tracking URL that you use for that particular campaign.

You can then track and sort by when it started, how many unique visits you got, how many of them opted in, how many clicked onto the $50 order page, how many paid the $50, how many took the survey, how many accessed the Global Resorts Network information, and finally, how many sales you've made. You also have the option of archiving and deleting campaigns.

Above is a screenshot of three campaigns I set up so you can see it up close.

Two campaigns cost me $0, but delivered a total of 1,910 visits, 38 opt-ins, 31 clicks to the $50 order page, 6 paid leads, 6 surveys, 7 (I don't know how that happened) accesses of the Global Resorts Network info, and four Platinum sales.

The third campaign cost $1,000, and delivered 220 opt-ins, 88 clicks to the $50 order page, 2 paid leads, 2 surveys, 2 accesses of the Global Resorts Network info, and zero sales.

When you join my team, I share with you all my results.

The second section is Conv. Codes.

You probably won't need this, but some advertisers want it so they can verify their results.

And the last section is Email Stats.

Here, you can see which e-mails were sent out during the following time periods: since yesterday, past week, past 2 weeks, past month, past 3 months, past 6 months, past 9 months, 1 year, and all time.

In addition to seeing how many were sent, you also see how many of those e-mails were opened, and how many links were clicked.

And that wraps up this portion of the Reverse Funnel System Review!

In our next post, we'll be going over the Mail icon.

Reverse Funnel System Review: What IS The Funnel?

Although I did say previously that this post in the Reverse Funnel System Review would discuss both the Leads and the Stats sections of the Global Resorts Network Biz Builder back office, I'm going to have to go over the two separately because there's just too much information!

So if you go to the Leads icon, you have the following choices:

Unsubscribed Leads
RFS Opt In Leads
RFS $50 Leads
RFS Surveyed Leads
RFS Accessed Product
My Product Orders

This is essentially the heart of the Reverse Funnel System. As your prospects move further along the funnel, they automatically move down through each section.

At the top, "Unsubscribed Leads" are simply leads that, for whatever reason, have decided to opt out of the Reverse Funnel System.

You see their name, e-mail, when they first subscribed, and when they opted out. You also see where they came from, and the last e-mail they received. If you click on "add/view" under notes, you'll see exactly when they received which e-mails, and whether they opened the e-mail.

I'll talk more about this later, but the tracking software that's built in is fantastic. You'd normally have to pay at least $20/month for this and have some technical knowledge to install and configure everything.

Let's move on to the next option under "Leads" - RFS Opt In Leads. You will most likely have the most number of people in this part of your funnel.

You have the option to view 25, 50, 75, 100, or all leads at once. Again, you see the leads' name, e-mail, when they opted in, and where they came from. You can add and view Notes, and you can rate them from 1-10. This is useful if you've had personal contact with your leads, but when you have as many leads as I have (and I'll teach you how to get that many, too), that's just not feasible.

The next part of the funnel is RFS $50 Leads. These are leads that have paid the $50 fee to overview the Reverse Funnel System business, but have not yet filled out the business survey.

After that come the RFS Surveyed Leads.

These are leads that have filled out the survey, and are either waiting for their application to be approved or denied, or have just not yet moved on to take a look at all the details on the Reverse Funnel System business.

Once they've looked over the information, your leads move into the RFS Accessed Product part of the funnel.

These are leads that will either join your team, or eventually opt out.

And finally, if your lead has decided to join your team, they'll move into the My Product Orders part of your Reverse Funnel System.

Your team members don't stay in this section forever, although I haven't yet figured out when they disappear from this section and only show up in your My Team section (which I'll discuss later in the Reverse Funnel System Review).

If you are using your own merchant account like I am, you will have to "activate" them when you wire the funds to Global Resorts Network.

That concludes this post in the Reverse Funnel System Review, and now you know what the actual "funnel" is in the Reverse Funnel System!

The next post in the Reverse Funnel System Review will cover the Stats icon of the back office.

Reverse Funnel System Review - Temporary Downtime, Sorry About That.

I apologize that it's been a little over a week since I've posted in the Reverse Funnel System Review. We've been getting so much traffic that I moved to a dedicated server (more expensive, but much faster), and during the migration there were a couple mis-steps by our server management team.

Anyway, the server issues are all sorted out now, and regular posting will resume this week.

And now that we're back online, the next post in the Reverse Funnel System Review will really cover the Leads icon and the Stats icon of the Reverse Funnel System back office.
