Reverse Funnel System Review: Mail Auto Responders

This post in the Reverse Funnel System review continues the tour of the back office by moving onto the Mail icon.

After you click on the Auto Responders link, you see the following screen:

This is where you can view and manage the e-mails that are sent out on your behalf. These messages effectively automate your business and allow you to spend your time on things that can't be delegated (like your family).

There are four series of e-mails.

The first is for those who opt-in to your Reverse Funnel System site:

You have the ability to customize the e-mails, and they are sent out in both HTML and text (for those with older e-mail clients).

The second series of e-mails are sent to those who have paid the $50 fee to take the RFS business application:

The third series of e-mails are sent to those who have taken the survey:

The last series of e-mails are sent to those who have accessed the information on income stream #1, Global Resorts Network:

All of these e-mails were professionally designed by expensive copywriters to produce high conversion rates - and they do.

The Reverse Funnel System continues to convert like gangbusters, so if you'd like to get your slice of the pie, call or e-mail me to see how to join our team.

Reverse Funnel System Review: Campaign Tracking

To continue with our tour of the Reverse Funnel System back office, we're now going to go over the Stats icon.

This is where you really get to see the fantastic campaign tracking built into the Reverse Funnel System. You would have to an extra $20 per month for something this comprehensive from a third-party service like Adminder (and have the technical skills required to integrate it with your shopping cart and autoresponders).

First, let's look at Campaign Statistics.

The first section shows your Co-Op Stats. The Reverse Funnel System has several advertising campaigns going, and all you have to do is contribute your part to get some of the traffic and leads flowing into your funnel.

The second section shows you leads from BestLeads. Again, this is another automated solution offered through the Reverse Funnel System where all you have to do is (1) decide how many people you want to put into your funnel, (2) call them and let them know, and (3) sit back and watch the magic happen.

The third section shows you leads that enter your Direct Link (no tracking url).

And the last section under Campaign Statistics is your Campaigns. These are campaigns that you've set up. You name the campaign, how much it cost you, and the Reverse Funnel System spits out a unique tracking URL that you use for that particular campaign.

You can then track and sort by when it started, how many unique visits you got, how many of them opted in, how many clicked onto the $50 order page, how many paid the $50, how many took the survey, how many accessed the Global Resorts Network information, and finally, how many sales you've made. You also have the option of archiving and deleting campaigns.

Above is a screenshot of three campaigns I set up so you can see it up close.

Two campaigns cost me $0, but delivered a total of 1,910 visits, 38 opt-ins, 31 clicks to the $50 order page, 6 paid leads, 6 surveys, 7 (I don't know how that happened) accesses of the Global Resorts Network info, and four Platinum sales.

The third campaign cost $1,000, and delivered 220 opt-ins, 88 clicks to the $50 order page, 2 paid leads, 2 surveys, 2 accesses of the Global Resorts Network info, and zero sales.

When you join my team, I share with you all my results.

The second section is Conv. Codes.

You probably won't need this, but some advertisers want it so they can verify their results.

And the last section is Email Stats.

Here, you can see which e-mails were sent out during the following time periods: since yesterday, past week, past 2 weeks, past month, past 3 months, past 6 months, past 9 months, 1 year, and all time.

In addition to seeing how many were sent, you also see how many of those e-mails were opened, and how many links were clicked.

And that wraps up this portion of the Reverse Funnel System Review!

In our next post, we'll be going over the Mail icon.
